A looping slide show produced as club visuals for the room 2 of the Dubpressure night in Brighton. Grime was the soundtrack on the night, so I wanted explore the landscape that spawned the culture and music of Grime - council housing. My aim was to contrast the dark, angry, moody distopian music with the utopian optimism of the era in which many epic council housing projects were first conceived.

Both original and found images were treated to look like aged, grainy photos that might have once been presented as new concepts for elevated working-class living.

All the work was presented on an analog slide projector.
